Welcome

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have Masters Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Psychology. I believe my clients deserve evidence-based treatment. And, I believe in working collaboratively to assist individuals and families who want to identify and move toward the values in their lives.

I am a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders, and a member of The Association of Contextual Behavioral Science. A major component of my professional identity is staying informed about recent developments in the field so that I may provide my clients with scientifically sound and up to date treatment.

Family Wellness

Modern families face stressors that reflect our rapidly changing culture and society. These families deserve a well-trained counselor that can strengthen and improve the significant relationships of our lives.
