I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have Masters Degrees in Counseling Psychology and Organizational Psychology. I believe my clients deserve evidence-based treatment. And, I believe in working collaboratively to assist individuals and families who want to identify and move toward the values in their lives.

I am a member of the Academy of Eating Disorders, and a member of The Association of Contextual Behavioral Science.
